Toggle switch has ON-OFF-MOMENTARY positions.
Push the toggle switch up (event on P0.1), towards the USB cable, for the momentary function.
Pull the toggle switch down (event on P0.0), alway from the USB cable, for the latching ON state.
Center position is the OFF position.
